lol i want longy spiky hair but it on flops down in 4-5 hours i keep my hair thick and i use wax...%26gt;:[

ummm im not sure if you will even consider this since youre totally against cutting it ... but have you considered letting a GOOD stylist texturize it with a razor? if done correctly, it will look even spikier and reduce a lot of the bulk that is weighing it down, WITHOUT making it look shorter.

and wax is really really heavyy. try really strong hair spray... theres a cheap one at drug stores that works really well.. umm. its in a yellow bottle... the brand is got2b. i forget what its called thouh. its in a big bright yellow aerosol bottle though. try that... wax is yucky.

Well, Thats cause the secret is Gelatin (like whats in Jello...but don't use Jello). You can get it done at a Solon its called charging. You can buy Gelatin at any supermarket. It's easy once you figure it out. Good luck
