i want to temporary dye my bangs purple and the dye says it holds and hardens the hair,i dont want it to hanrden my hair or whats a good temporary hair dye like a spray or somthing ?

it sucks, it totally stinks, i have a tube of the blue one, but it takes like a walnut size of it on a hair strand to make it look kinda blue.....and it feels and smells like if you took finger paint and put it in your hair, stiff and xtra dry..... the next wash it's all gone (thankfully), but everytime i barely touched my hair, my fingers got blue again, try it if u wanna, but it's definitely not good

Colorbombz, by...I forget. It's at Sally, and works so well, it even comes in platinum blonde. I sprayed my red hair blonde and it was SEX-AY. Haha. Hope this helps.

the guy who said kool - aid is right, i did it with out bleaching my hair, and it gave me a blue ish tint (cause i used blue kool aid) if you have dark hair, you might want to bleach it, if not, get purple kool aid, and mix it with conditioner until its pastey, and apply to your hair. It works (well, for me).

Manic Panic does not harden your hair, I used it for my blue and purple which you can see in this picture: http://a606.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/ima... . Manic Panic is the best funky color hair dye I've used, and Im a freelance hairstylist so I've worked with many, but now I stick to Manic Panic. You may have to redye after a week and a half or so cause it will fade some since it is semi-permanent, but that is with any funky color hair dye.

its gonna be hard. use the Curls Rocks stuff by TIGI...works wonders AND smells good. can't go wrong there. a wee bit expensive if your not used to ponying up $15 a pop, but well worth the money.

as u got a perm to straighten it im not sure there is one that does this by itself....might be a good idea to try using a gel and crunching if this is what u mean the a light gel will do and if not the maybe try straw curls this works for a lot of people

If you have a short bob with layers and want a flipped out look, first when blowdrying your hair, flip your head upside down and blowdry blowing down on the back of your head. Then i always use Bed Head Manipulator its green and comes in a little jar it cost a little more but you dont need a whole bunch, just little on the tip of your finger should do. Lastly when you flip your head back up you might just need to give it a little fixing here and there and you should be ready to go. My secret is, if you want a messy look don't try to be perfect.

I had a cut like that for quite a while- some products I like are- garnier fructis surf hair, bed head manipulator and pantene styling wax spray. With the last one it is best to spray into your hands- you get better control over where your product goes that way.

Well if you want something quick and easy just braid your hair when it is wet. A french braid is best but if you can't do those regular braids work to. Spray it hairspray or use gel to make it hold. When your hair is dry take it out of the braids and you will have nice wavy hair. You can brush it out to relax the wave and hair spray to tame flyaways. I know this isn;t curly hair like you asked but it looks just as pretty and take less trouble. I take a showder at night, brush my hair when wet and braid. In the morning I take it out and it is curly.

just wash your hair before you go to bed with a vitamin shampoo and pile loads of conditioner init put a shower cap on and go to sleep when you wake up in the morning your hair will feel and look alot healthier, if you still need to style it in the mornings just use a little mouse and it'll stay shiny and silky better still try a heat defence oil itll condition your hair and hold it in the style you want.....

Your hair follicles lay one way on your scalp. Nothing you do can make them grow a different way. Just style it a different way if thats the look you want. Make sure to tell the person who cuts your hair how you would like to wear it. She/he may be able to do a little magic w/ their scissors to make it lay down nicer in that direction.
