it's ok 4 hair but GET A GRIP GIRL if you use blow driers and curling irons, don't, at least not often. whats also good is too condition your hair for long, but becareful when you wash your hair after TOWEL DRY and whatever you do do not comb wet hair! just wrap your hair before you go to sleep Report It

oh yes, natural aloe vera gel is the best thing you can put on your hair, face, body. You can even eat it (but it should be the variety of aloe vera which is a medicinal plant, not ornamental.)It is a magical medicinal plant, the gel is superb. If you eat the gel or even put it on your hair, it will nourish your hair, for sure! It will also make it glossy and thick.

Going along with the person above me...also...Aloe Vera tends to smell a little like onions, so use it sparingly.
