Depends on the occasion...Since your a ballroom dancer,I'd say clean groom hair but you can still use gel/hair cream for the wet look or to style it..clean but it shouldn't give you that innocent look...

Otherwise,messy hair is the latest in hairstyles and v gurls LOVE it.....esp d WET look...
