What is the best mousse and gel to make hair wavy if I do not have wavy hair already?

There is scrunch spray that works well and it really depends on how wavy you'd like it. A diffuser works great. If you leaver your hair wet after the shower and put any kind of mouse in it and use the diffuser (a piece that goes on the end of your blow dryer) and try not to touch your hair it will give you nice waves that stay all day.
