well it depends if you put a pound of gel in your hair and it looks messy than there is no point. If you put gell in your hair to help it out and just style it than thats ok, im in high school and the guys i like put very little if any gel in there hair at all and if its a certain girl you want to impress i would let it go naturaly if oyu have longer hair and put little gel in hair if its shorter. remember that girls like guys with nice hair and we love touching hair and having it be soft.
