scrunching gel for the most part will stay wet..no matter wat brand...but Dep7 shaping gel...is stong and it still gives hair movement....w/o lookin like a helmit

Sebastian has a hair product called 'Wet'. It is a sleek holding liquid gel and you will still have that wet look. But you have got to remember any hair products containing alcohol will dry your hair out. Report It
