I spike my hair almost every day with gel and I need a solution to dry my hair fast so the spikes to curl or whatever.
I have spiked hair...that's the one where the spikes are in the front of the face...if you know what I mean. I don't spike ALL of my hair...just the front.

use a defuser..its like a blow dryer but its not heat and it doesnt blow your hair...it dries your hair really fast thought. they have them at pretty much any store but i think target has the best ones.

if you use gel it will not damage your hair (the blow dryer) becuase the gel is coating it.

A blowdryer is pretty much the only way to quickly dry your hair. It won't damage your hair that much and it sounds like your hair is short enough that it won't show any damage anyway.
