Neither, I shampoo and let it air dry. Maybe if it's a little out of control I'd put a touch of hairspray, but if you put too much it's like a rock.

I don't use neither. I use Thermasilk Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner and it makes my hair soft, healthy looking and bouncy.

Well, there's this "Biolage shining milk spray" that I used to use, but my hair is the same whether I use it or not. It can work as a detangler, I suppose, but too much of it makes your hair oily.

What I do like to use every once in a while is Biosilk. My older sister has really wavy, sometimes frizzy hair, and it works really well for her. It smooths it out nicely.

You really have to just experiment and find out what works for your hair.

I use Pantene shampoo and conditioner. I have really long hair, it works great. I don't use any of those products that damage hair. I sometimes use spit end repair.
