I put gell in my hair everyday .I am around 21 and I also notice at the back of my head there is balding/hair fall ! what do you recommend so I can stop balding and also I would like to know wherther it's ok to put hair gel everyday ?

As long as there is no alcohol in the gel, and you deep condition once a week there should be no problems. I don't think the hair fall is preventable if it is genetic.

i would not reccomend using gel in your hair daily, first of all, alcohol content in gel dries the hair causing breakage.

That happened to me but i stopped using it cause it had like so much alcohol. I started deep conditioning my hair 4 times a week and all better. My hair would just break of not all the way but like half a strand would so i'd be all uneven.

If you wash your hair everyday, then it's ok. If not, you don't need to apply gel everyday. If you just wet your hair, the gel that you placed on it the day before will reactivate itself. Using gel everyday is unhealthy.

no matter what is kind of vitamins are in the gell do not use it everyday unless you plan on washing it out gell that is combed out can lead to serious damage problems

and if you wash your hair everyday it will break anyway your best bet is to only use gell when styling your hair. if you need something to keep your hair up use bobby pins and setting lotion it looks much better and trust me it will help you in the long run :)
