yes im a guy and i have really huge hair and i flatiron it to get a fauxhawk or just flat or whatever i feel like but i want to use a gel or something that wont make it curly again!! i tried hair glue but that **** is so flaky and so hard to apply seeing as how i have to do so on my completely dried flatironed hair and its just really ugh, so can someone recomend something?? thanks
What is the best gel i can use on flat ironed hair??
have you tried hair wax? I don't know how long your hair is, but have you tried a super strong hair spray for when you put it up into the fauxhawk? I use Bed Head - Hard Head. If your just leaving it flat, you shouldn't need to be using gel or much or anything to keep it straight. I flat iron my hair everyday (even thought it is bad for it). I use a smoothing shampoo and conditioner (by Aquage), then I use paul mitchel super skinny and quick slip mixed together and blow dry. Then I use Biosilk. Then I use Aquage super shine spray right before flat iron. Then when I'm done flat ironing I use Paul Mitchel - The Shine and a little hair spray and my hair stays straight all day. I know that seems like a long process, but it really doesn't take that long and I'm sure you could skip a couple of the steps and your hair probably isn't as long as mine.
